For what I recall, on the Content guidelines documentation guide, there have never been an About Planeta Latinoamericano page.
There is Regionalized Planet Drupal page, but it summarily describes how versions of Planet Drupal in other languages can be added. It is not the page to give more details about Planeta Latinoamericano.

I would rather remove that link, for the moment. It should be added when the linked page has been created.
