Description:
The use of the MigrationLookup plugin with hard coded migration IDs has been removed from process plugins. The logic is now in the migration yml file. This mean that migrations generated by the Migrate Upgrade module will now use the generated migration as the source for these migration lookups. Previously, the generated migrations were forced to use the hard coded core migration and not the generated custom migration.
If you are using migrations generated by Migrate Upgrade then no change is required. If you regenerate the migrations then you may need to remove any workaround that you have in place.
