ImageUrlFormatter plugin now takes file_url_generator as a constructor parameter

\Drupal\image\Plugin\Field\FieldFormatter\ImageUrlFormatter now takes the file_url_generator service as a constructor parameter. For BC reasons this parameter is optional, however, the optional usage is deprecated and will become required in Drupal 12.0.0.

Any sub-classes of the Plugin will need to update their constructor accordingly.
