Problem/Motivation

When submitting a translation suggestion, the placeholder text remains as a value of the text area when entering the field.

Steps to reproduce

search for an untranslated string click inside the text area and click save without replacingg the text
will be saved as suggestion.

Proposed resolution

Remove the place holder on focus
