Problem/Motivation

Improve the UX when editing an existing registration without sufficient permissions to register other accounts or people.

Steps to reproduce

Login as an account that can update registrations but with only one of the "register other" permissions assigned.
Edit an existing registration with an account assigned, without the permission to register other accounts.
Edit an existing registration with an email assigned, without the permission to register other people.
In both cases the register form shows an empty field. It would be better if the field was hidden.
