Problem/Motivation

The [simplenews-subscriber:subscribe-url] is pretty much useless. It requires context of a newsletter, so about the only place you can put it is in a newsletter issue - in which case you are offering someone a link to subscribe to the newsletter they are already subscribed to.

Remove the token.
