The writing of custom provider files is hampered by the lack of node info in the emvideo_PROVIDER_video() hook. This patch sends the node object along with the other info. It shouldn't impact performance, but adds a lot more possibility.

Looks like it wasn't entirely committed. Either that or the original was missing some stuff. I think (and hope) that this finalizes this issue.
