Description: 

Two specific exceptions inheriting from SchemaException to cover the cases for

  • column size too large - Drupal\Core\Database\Exception\ SchemaTableColumnSizeTooLargeException
  • key too large - Drupal\Core\Database\Exception\ SchemaTableKeyTooLargeException

have been implemented, and mysql driver's ExceptionHandler throws them.

Migrate's Sql::ensureTables() catches the new exceptions accordingly making its code db-abstract.
