Request for 'confirmed' user role

Hello.

I posted "Drupal 10.1.3 - custom rest resource will not recognize post" - I followed all the rules and the tutorials but I can't get it to work.

I provided as much details as possible.

My question is marked as spam.

I'm not able to get answers on how to use the REST API functionality with the POST method (or any other method) as the tutorial is incomplete.

If you could help me configure the REST API, I will not need the question.

But the question tied directly to a tutorial which is not providing enough detail.

P.S. I took hours collecting details and screenshots. Everything currently posted refers to Drupal 8. The drupal command line does not work since it does not work for php 8.1. I'm not able to make simple things work following documentation and tutorials.
