We will not be housing any rich media (video, audio, photos, etc.) locally on the Dojo site. Users will have the ability to upload and distribute Dojo learning materials to external sites such as YouTube, blip.tv, MySpaceTV, Revver, Flickr, Photobucket and others.
The following thread (http://groups.drupal.org/node/16846) identifies some of the current Drupal options as well as an effort towards a unified rich media solution. Ideally we can use this as an opportunity to bring together some of the leaders in the media space and collaboratively workshop a solution that would fit the needs of the Dojo and many others that would value this type of functionality.
