Problem/Motivation

Currently, processNumberValueFromField() includes a specific check for two Views field plugins (field_charts_fields_scatter and field_charts_fields_bubble). This prevents other modules from being able to provide their own Views field plugins.

Proposed resolution

Add properties to Charts-specific Views field plugins that other modules can include, and then have processNumberValueFromField() check for those properties.
