Follow on from #3332695: Model for confirmations is flawed

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install simplenews 3.x
  2. Upgrade to 4.x
  3. Visit the subscribers page /admin/people/simplenews

Warning: Undefined array key "status" in Drupal\views\Plugin\views\filter\FilterPluginBase->acceptExposedInput() (line 1513 of core/modules/views/src/Plugin/views/filter/FilterPluginBase.php).

Proposed resolution

We need an update hook to fix the subscribers view

my configuration :
drupal version:9.5.10
php version: 8.1.2
