Latest Sector 9.5.6 includes config_update version 2 which requires PHP 8.1 . I believe we shouldn't include modules that increase PHP requirement above PHP 8.0 in Sector 9.x.

Proposed resolution

I've proposed to lower PHP requirement in https://www.drupal.org/project/config_update/issues/3352211#comment-1519... . I might consider adding this patch to Sector's next release.

Remaining tasks

The patch is set to 'Reviewed & tested by the community' we should add this to 9.5.7 :)
