  • Create a Category data holder of the API Doc & Create a API Doc Status (Public, Private, Internal)

Implemented the new features.
1. Created field formatter to render redoc & swagger open api specs.
2. Content level data holders related to API Docs are created.
3. Created a view to show the API docs and API doc pages.

Updated the Readme, with the features covered - https://git.drupalcode.org/project/api_docs/-/blob/2.0.x/README.md

Will be released in the upcoming release.
