The config schema type sequence is used in configuration schema instead of list, such that there is a predictive ordering of list items. (Details: #2361539)

The associated \Drupal\Core\Config\Schema\SequenceDataDefinition is a subclass of \Drupal\Core\TypedData\ListDataDefinition, but missed to override ::getDataType() to make it return the right type.

Before:
$definition->getDataType() returns 'list'

After:
$definition->getDataType() returns 'sequence'
