It is now possible to select the 'file' field properties, file, description and display, that will be translated. Previously, if 'file' was translatable, then all field properties were set as translated.
With this change, site builders can select the 'file' field properties that are translatable on /admin/config/regional/content-language.
This behavior is already in place for media items, this change applies the same logic to file items.
