• Update on repeat offender incident. List of infractions has been logged, both in the doc and in the CWG tracker. Still needs the "actions" part filled out, and to be delivered.
• Revisit domain conflict, which has an email drafted but hasn't been acted on yet due to more pressing issues.
• Discussion about various resources, e.g. The Art of Community, Community cohesion and how it might apply to our community.

Decisions/Actions Taken

• Email sent to the participants in domain conflict.
• Postpone community discussion on repeat offenders until after holidays/after initial version of action plan delivered, so this discussion can include lessons learned.
• Canceled meeting next week—happy holidays!

Action Items

• Complete "action plan" for repeat offender. (Adam)
• Deliver action plan in early January. (Donna)
• Give trademark policy team a heads-up about domain dispute (Angie).
