• Update on event organizer conflict from last week: event organizer and issue reporter had an in-person meeting, where concerns were acknowledged. Sponsor prospectus now available, update/call for volunteers went to local community at meetup, and more transparency provided on organizing team make-up. For now, reporter says that we should consider this resolved; will update if that changes.
• Idea to apply for Community Cultivation Grant and/or indiegogo campaign for a facilitated discussion with top Drupal contributors, to try and alleviate tensions leading to interpersonal issues that cause harm to the community, and hamper Drupal 8 progress. George to draft something for review by December.
• Angie and George had to go, Donna and Adam discussed possible responses to new reports, will run drafts by the rest of the group
