I created an account be used as an organizational ownership of projects and to own an organization page.

Immediately after activating the account through the email confirmation link the following email was received:

 The Drupal.org account for DM13Security has been blocked by our automated
spam prevention tools. If you believe this is in error, please contact us at
help@drupal.org to resolve this issue. Please include your user name, browser
version, operating system, and the email address you tried to to use during
account creation. 

The email activation page showed:

Status message
You have successfully validated your e-mail address.
Error message
Your account is currently blocked -- login cancelled.

Please unblock.

This is caused due to a user who logs in on drupal.org or any sub-site needs to have JavaScript enabled, or the account is automatically blocked because it cannot be verified.

The account can be unblocked by the administrator user only.

The account has been automatically blocked, but not because JavaScript code was not loaded.
I unblocked the account and resent the validation email. I would have also confirmed the account, but that is only possible after the email has been validated.

I will leave this issue open. Please confirm when the confirmation email has been replied.
