When I try and use this module with Mail System and PHP Mailer and Office 365 I get the following error.

The configuration options have been saved.

Has anyone been able to make this module work with Office 365 and OAuth? I have also tried the SMTP module but no luck getting that to work either. Can't seem to get it to authenticate with Office 365.

D7 reached its EOL back in January 2025, and there is no active release for D7 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D7. All D7-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.
