Implement a post update hook to resave views

Problem/Motivation

After fixing the calculation of the dependencies inside chart views style, it looks like the views need to be re-saved so that they can properly calculate their dependencies to include the chart library provider module.

Steps to reproduce

Update to the latest 5.0.7 version then try to uninstall an existing module that provide a chart library plugin being used in a view. Drupal won't warn you that you are about to uninstall a module that your view is dependent on.

Proposed resolution

Implement a HOOK_post_update_HOOK that re-save all the views that use the chart view style plugin.
