fixed problems with hook_block logic on view and upgraded the known user loading function to handle cases where it is called but the cookie does not exist
fixed logical flaw in hook_user so it now ALWAYS sets the user cookie, and over-writes the existing one, in case the user is different
added ability for known users to post comments and nodes
new README file and additional theme functions for more flexible theming
