Create a 2.0.0 release supporting Drupal 10

I'm planning to create a 2.0.0 version of this module that supports Drupal 10. Figured it's a good time to switch to semantic versioning rather than continuing with 8.x-1.0-rc3 etc.

core_version_requirement would be: ^9 || ^10

Will flag directly with @kevinquillen before commencing any work on this just to make sure we are on the same page.
