Problem/Motivation

This module has a stable release but it's not installable on the current Drupal core release (10.0.9) and with the recommended method: composer require drupal/manage_state will return

manage_state install dependency error

I guess the solution would be to update the symfony/var-dumper dependency that seems to cause the problem?
