For dynamic web 2.0 and fast loading site, can we make the block expanded dynamically using ajax call?

I think ajax loading would be better by using an other module like http://drupal.org/project/ajaxblocks

The ajaxblock module doesn't use collapse/expand. I think this would better be a feature of collapsiblock.
