\Drupal\Core\Updater\Module::getSchemaUpdates() is not used in Drupal core and is deprecated.
If you are using this method use \Drupal\Core\Update\UpdateHookRegistry::getAvailableUpdates.
\Drupal::service('update.update_hook_registry')->getAvailableUpdates()
