Description: 

A new abstract static class \Drupal\TestTools\Random that copies the methods from Drupal\Tests\RandomGeneratorTrait has been added.

Drupal\Tests\RandomGeneratorTrait::random*() and Drupal\Tests\UnitTestCase::random* are nowproxies to the new static methods.

Usages of $this->random*() in data providers methods should use the new static methods Random::*() instead
