Problem/Motivation

The rate is a fraction without percentage.
If I set a conversion rate of 1 I should see Conversion rate = 1% when I try to convert currencies, just 1.

Proposed resolution

Just remove the "%" after "@exchange-rate" at line 191 of src/form/FundsConverter.php
