Update core_version_requirement (and any other compatibility fixes) for content_readability to work with Drupal 10.

CKEditor 4 is deprecated in D10, not removed, so it is possible to upgrade to D10 and keep CKE4. This is my scenario - I'd like to upgrade a site to Drupal 10 first, then switch to CKEditor 5 later, at our convenience. So this is intended as a stopgap.

I'll be releasing support for CKEditor 5 sometime this week, and leaving support for CKEditor 4.
