It is possible to get via composer a version of phpmailer which has 2 security vulnerability advisories.

Steps to reproduce

composer update --prefer-lowest
composer audit

Proposed resolution

Use the same version which is used for the ludwig integration as required version. #3292067: Ludwig integration needs an update
