Tests are failing for Feeds on Drupal 10.1 as you can see on https://www.drupal.org/pift-ci-job/2618786.

One issue so far has been identified and an issue for Drupal core is opened for that: #3348832: Running cron queues that use a derivative is broken

But running tests locally with the patch from that issue revealed that doesn't appear the only thing that got broken on Drupal 10.1.x.
So this issue is meant to identify which tests are failing and see if some changes for Feeds are required or if perhaps there are more core bugs.

Add a drupalci.yml file that applies the core patch from #3348832: Running cron queues that use a derivative is broken. Then make adjustments in Feeds itself and/or open report/find more Drupal core bugs that are introduced in Drupal 10.1.x.

I've fixed the easy test failures here. Fixing importing hashed passwords is now handled in #3354383: Importing hashed passwords on Drupal 10.1 is broken.
