Account camilledavis blocked one day after creating and confirming email

I created the account camilledavis yesterday and confirmed my email, today it's blocked. Can it be unblocked?

Only thing I can think of that may have triggered this was pressing "Save" on an issue I started writing yesterday, maybe an expired token triggered the block?
