Description:
Prior to Drupal 10.1 the access administration pages permission was required to visit help pages and help topics.
A more restricted permission Use help pages has been added that allows users to visit the help pages and help topics without granting access to other administration pages. The machine name for the permission is access help pages.
When using the permission you may want to also grant the view the administration theme permission so the help pages are viewed using the administration theme.
After upgrading from previous versions all roles with access administration pages will also have this new permission.
