This is not a duplicate. This is a new person asking to be made co-maintainer with the maintainer accepting, so there's no need to follow the process that the other issue went through.

This would simply close itself 4 days from now, and would not confuse anyone, as this has been fixed already. Both Rosk0 and mandclu are now co-maintainers in this project.

Since the 14 day countdown has now been interrupted, maybe the easier solution is to move this already to what was going to happen in 4 days anyway.
