Problem/Motivation

In #3252299: Reliably support cweagans/composer-patches in Package Manager & Automatic Updates: validate stage we added help documentation which has a language nit in 'Installation or removal of cweagans/composer-patches via Package Manager is not support it. .....', it should be 'supported' instead of 'support it'.
