We met today and went over questions regarding the initiative and goals and history. We didn't have a formal agenda this time but will start doing that soon.

It's clear the existing documentation isn't clear enough to provide enough context to a new contributor to the initiative. Since the initiative has evolved organically over the last many months, this isn't too surprising. It's time to take a step back and regroup.

I provided a couple videos from last year that gives some history (Contrib Half Hour & Talking Drupal). We'll discuss those next time and see how we can improve the main project page and docs for working on the initiative.

The goal of the next couple/few meetings/tasks is to make it clear what this initiative is all about (revisit goals/etc) and update these starting points so it's clear what we're doing and how people can help. This will provide a strong foundation for moving forward on the outstanding issues.
