Description: 

Drupal 10 and earlier ship with the Modernizr library in core. This library has been deprecated in Drupal 10.1.0 and will be removed in Drupal 11.0.0

Drupal core no longer relies on Modernizr for any feature testing since Drupal 10.0.0 after dropping support for IE11. Modules or themes that want to continue to support IE11 or otherwise use Modernizr may need to add Modernizr as a dependency themselves.
