I was contributing one project on drupal.org and mistakenly it's deleted from git.drupalcode.org but i can still use with https://git.drupalcode.org/project/dependent_country_state and its deployed on drupal.org https://www.drupal.org/project/dependent_country_state ,now i am not able to commit new changes on it. Please help me to revert the same.

This is the issue queue for a contributed project, not the issue queue to reports problems with permissions on another project hosted on drupal.org. The issue has been already fixed.
