Similar to how we have metatag_generate_entity_metatags() for generating all of the meta tags for a given entity, it would be useful if there was a function for listing just the overridden meta tags for a given entity.

This adds a function metatag_generate_entity_overrides() and renames metatag_generate_entity_metatags() to metatag_generate_entity_all_tags() for consistency.
