When using CKEditor5 in 9.5 or 10.x core, a site with Barrio Bootstrap enabled will report the following warning on content format configuration pages

The Bootstrap Barrio theme has ckeditor_stylesheets configured without a corresponding ckeditor5-stylesheets configuration. See the change record for details.

The .info.yml file contains this section

ckeditor_stylesheets:
  - css/components/table.css

The change record linked above explains why ckeditor5 cannot automatically assume this declaration applies there too (the editor is no longer loaded in IFRAME, so included stylesheets could affect layout elsewhere on the page).

So to resolve this, we either need to change the above snippet to

ckeditor_stylesheets:
  - css/components/table.css

ckeditor5_stylesheets:
  - css/components/table.css

Or to

ckeditor_stylesheets:
  - css/components/table.css

ckeditor5_stylesheets:

I cannot work out which to propose a patch for review

Sorry, I was wrong on two counts. Firstly, ckeditor_stylesheets corresponds to ckeditor5-stylesheets (hyphen, not underscore). Second, if none is required, it should be set to false.

So we need either this:

ckeditor_stylesheets:
  - css/components/table.css

ckeditor5-stylesheets:
  - css/components/table.css

Or this:

ckeditor_stylesheets:
  - css/components/table.css

ckeditor5-stylesheets: false

Patch attached for the second of those. But I'm still not setting this to "needs review", because I'm not convinced we don't need the first one.
