[1.0.x] Themed fast 404

Since the project is being used for this application, for the time this application is open, only the user who created the application can commit code.

Here are my initial findings:

Manual Review

1. master isn't a branch name used in Drupal.org repositories. It needs to be removed.
2. The folder structure in the git repo. seems to be inappropriate, themed_fast_404/themed_fast_404
3. Remove LICENSE.txt. See here
