Problem/Motivation

The search_api_skip_tracking flag on Entity objects was introduced to allow developers to skip tracking for an entity when manipulating it in code, but TrackingHelper::trackReferencedEntityUpdate() does not respect this flag.

Steps to reproduce

Set the flag in code, and update (save) the entity, the relations are still being tracked.

Proposed resolution

Add the logic to the TrackingHelper to skip the entity when the flag is set.
