Made pipeline trigger on child pipeline by default and added examples for starting others manually with different preconfigured parameters.

I've merged the MR against 10.1.x. This is great progress and a great step forward.

It also means that we can start doing small iterations on the different sections, rather than targeting a big MR full of changes.

Marking this issue as fixed, so for new things, we can just create new issues/MRs.
