Problem/Motivation

The 3.0 release is still on the 8.x-1.x-dev branch. It should be on a 3.0.x branch instead.

Remaining tasks

  1. Create the 3.0.x branch
  2. Set the 3.0.x branch as the default branch
  3. Create a dev snapshot
  4. Update all active issues to use the new branch

I guess you need to create the dev release first, which should be available here:

I think a module maintainer has to create the dev release first from the link provided by @Pasqualle.
