activitypub 1.0.0-alpha15

A few more enhancements, especially handling 'Move' (users moving from one instance to another).

Run drush updb as there's a new field for the activity. In case you upgrade from 1.0.0-alpha14, please read https://www.drupal.org/project/activitypub/releases/1.0.0-alpha14 as well.
