Problem/Motivation

The "Turnstile javascript resource URL" field on the Turnstile module settings field doesn't save changes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to admin page: /admin/config/people/captcha/turnstile
2. Change value for "Turnstile javascript resource URL" field to any value.
3. Click "Save configuration".

Expected result: The updated field value should be saved.
Actual result: The field resets to the previous value.

Proposed resolution

I will create and submit a patch shortly.

I've attached a patch that adds the missing config->set command in the relevant form submit handler.

I also made some minor adjustments to the letter case of some field labels.
