Request for 'confirmed' role

Hi there,

I'm trying to tag a release for a new module I'm working on, and I've been hitting the spam prevention error:
> There was a problem with your form submission. Please wait X seconds and try again.

I've tried a few different tag / branch names and I'm still hitting the issue, but I can't experiment any more to fix it because of the timeout. What do I have to do to confirm my account?
