I think will be very usefull to change admin page, where we can change nodes order in queue to something like table with dragging rows.

The Drupal tabledrag code isn't very compatible with some of the other features nodequeue offers, and I just don't see where the benefit is int erms of the amount of work it would take to transfer everything over. Honestly I don't even really like the tabledrag code very much.
