Display of nodes count

I just installed HS, added a HS CCK field (saved as tag), and enabled the HS "Display the node count" feature. Everything works fine and the node count shows up within the term selection widget. However I am not seeing any node count in the node display, or in vocabulary terms listing. Is that the expected behaviour?
