Problem/Motivation

Submit button for questions inside of lessons is too much to the right and is inline with lesson navigation (see screenshot). The expected behavior is that the button is within question container.

Steps to reproduce

- Install Anu LMS Quiz module
- Create a lesson with any question (i.e. long answer)
- Save lesson
- You'll see that the submit button position is off
